Today is the Twelfth Birthday of His Royal Highness Prince George.

Our Trustees wish him a very happy birthday.

Our supporters will know the story, that as the first of the Class was named after King George soon after his accession to the throne, the Trust was honoured with permission for our locomotive’s number to be 2013 and its name Prince George.  It is fitting that our locomotive is named after King George the Fifth’s great-great-great grandson.

In a few days time we will be at The Greatest Gathering at Alstom Derby displaying our front end with suitable bunting in recognition of his birthday.
