BACK TO WORK, OUR HOLIDAYS ARE OVER!

It’s autumn, and and after the excitement of The Greatest Gathering and our holidays we are back to work.  All parts of stage 2 of frame assembly are made, and plans for the actual assembly work are at an advanced stage.  Some tools and equipment need to be purchased over the next few days, and the first part of the work will be carried out on 25th September.  That will see the front frame plates  fully aligned to the main frame assembly, with temporary fastenings.  The miscellany of angles, channels and other parts for the front end structure will be cleaned up and final permanent assembly will take place on 8th & 9th October.  This will mark completion of Frame Assembly, the subject of our appeal announced in July 2024 at Kidderminster.  Progress has been better than expected, it will have taken only 15 months, thanks to the generosity of our donors.

Our next stage of the build is being planned, with progress towards a very significant order being placed soon, and further plans as well.  Of course this will require more funds, so if you will the build of Prince George please consider helping see our DONATE page.

Further news shortly!
